I specialize in working with adults—including men, women, and LGBTQ+ individuals—who’ve learned to suppress their emotions, silence their needs, and carry the weight of high expectations.

Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, I help clients challenge negative thinking, develop healthier coping skills, and build emotional resilience.

  • I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma and PTSD using trauma-informed therapies like EMDR and somatic approaches. By addressing both the mind and body, I support clients in processing past experiences, reducing symptoms like flashbacks and anxiety, and building resilience. My goal is to create a safe space for healing and empowerment, helping you regain control and move forward with confidence.

  • I specialize in supporting educators who are experiencing burnout by helping them manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and rediscover their passion for teaching. Through a combination of stress-reduction techniques, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral strategies, I work with teachers to address the emotional exhaustion, frustration, and overwhelm that often accompany burnout. Together, we will focus on building resilience, improving self-care routines, and developing strategies for maintaining work-life balance. My goal is to help teachers feel more empowered, energized, and connected to their purpose, so they can continue to thrive in their careers without sacrificing their well-being.
